DESTRUCTION: Spanish Festival Appearance Postponed
January 3, 2005According to a posting on their official web site, DESTRUCTION's previously announced show at the Canarias Metal Fest in Gran Canaria, Spain has been postponed to April due to "a bad coordination of the main sponsor." More information will be made available soon.
As previously reported, DESTRUCTION have finished writing two-thirds of the material for the upcoming CD and are planning on entering the studio in January/February. No further details about the upcoming recording sessions have been made available. A late summer release through an as-yet-undisclosed label is expected.
DESTRUCTION's most recent album, "Metal Discharge", was released in September 2003 through Nuclear Blast Records. The follow-up to 2001's "The Antichrist" was the first DESTRUCTION album to feature drummer Marc Reign, who replaced Sven Vormann in 2001.
